We are a rapidly growing company! We are looking to add team members to our warehouse team. We are looking to hire 2-4 new Warehouse Associates to handing shipping and recieving duties.

Our Warehouse Associates perform a combination of manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties while working out of a central warehouse. This role works closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure the accurate receipt of all physical inventory and to assist in communicating stock needs to maintain appropriate stock levels to support the business.

This includes unloading containers, picking items for shipments, packing items for shipping and ensure high quality products are being delivered on-time to our customers.

This role works outside in our yard facities as well as inside the warehouse. This role also works closely with all implementation teams to route inventory for proper staging and set up prior to shipping. This role requires a great attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong written and verbal communication skills with all members of the business as well as strong time management and prioritization skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Works independently and manages time to meet all requested pick and ship dates and stock new deliveries into the warehouse in a timely manner

· Uses pick lists to accurately pick products for shipment and staging

· Records and communicates pick and ship issues as they arise

· Packs and boxes items for shipment in a safe and secure manner

· Builds and wraps pallets for freight shipments

· Ensures actual receipts match purchase orders

· Loads and unloads products off trucks into the warehouse by lifting, using a forklift
and/or a pallet jack

· Accurately receives all inventory into ERP system

· Runs stock into appropriate warehouse areas when receivables arrive

· Assists in the return process for item verification and restocks return to stock items after returns have been processed

· Aids employees in finding the correct items to fill orders in warehouse

· Ensures all warehouse duties are completed in a timely manner so as not to delay order fulfillment

· Assists in fulfillment activities including but not limited to reassigning inventory, moving inventory between racks, yard and warehouse.

· Maintains a safe, clean and organized warehouse

· Lifts and moves equipment around the warehouse and building

· Adheres to all safety guidelines

· Maintains the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service to all customers, both internal and external

· Data entry, office duties, and other administrative functions as they arise

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):

  • Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 lbs
  • Must hold a valid CA driver’s license
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of product
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):

  • 1-2 years of warehouse experience
  • Knowledge of UPS systems preferred
  • Forklift certification a plus
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule and environment
