Duties/Responsibilities:
- Directs office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Maintains office and warehouse inventory
- Communicates with vendors on a daily basis
- Follow-up on required quotes from vendors
- Ensures deadlines are met by vendors and warehouse technicians
- Communicates to the internal warehouse technician team
- Performs other related during as assigned
- Ensures all customer questions are being addressed in a timely manner

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in office administration or related field preferred.
- At least 1 year of administrative and clerical experience preferred

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
