Essentra is immediately hiring for a Warehouse Office Associate to join our team in Erie, PA. In your role as a Warehouse Office Associate, you would be responsible for satisfying customers' shipping and handling expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Release customer orders and prepare documentation.
- Send advanced shipping notices to customers using BPCS and other customer specific portals.
- Batch orders by method of shipment
- Investigate customer service issues related to shipping/delivery
- Conduct audits & report results
- Communicate via email and/or telephone.
- Interface with the Customer Service Representative team.
- Communicate with carriers for daily shipments.
Who we are looking for:
- Must be a team player.
- Basic math & computer skills.
- Prior clerical experience preferred.
- Shipping & receiving knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
