What you can expect at FedEx Ground:
Fast paced and physical warehouse work – why pay for a gym membership when you can get paid while working out?
Warehouse duties include loading, unloading, and sorting of packages of various sizes.
Part time FedEx Ground employees work one shift a day; full time FedEx Ground employees work two shifts.
Shift lengths vary based on package volume – generally part time employees work between 3 and 6 hours a day. Full time employees can expect to work between 6 and 10 hours.
Overtime paid after 40 hours a week.

We are hiring for the following shifts:
The early morning Pre Load shift starts at approx. 7:30am to 10:30am
The afternoon/evening Out-bound shift starts at approx. 5:00pm
Shift start and finish times and schedules are subject to change based on daily volume & business need but typically can last between 2 – 3 hours in length.
- Starting Rate of Pay up to $16.15/hr-PT
- Step Pay Progression 30d-.25/6mos-.50/1yr-$1.00
- Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits- PT/90days FT/Day 1
- PTO eligible after 90 days
