Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Manager as assigned

Work Schedule: 7am-3:30pm M-F, some OT may be required to meet customer demands

Duties:

• Put-a-way of finished goods or raw materials, pick finished goods and stage for orders, timely loading and unloading of trucks and support of cart management and production team as needed.
• Support and comply with all safety and quality policies and programs.
• Keeps all work areas clean, organized and clutter free.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
• Support, and comply with all company policies, procedures, and programs.

Required Skills:

• Ability to follow multi-step directions.
• Ability to work unsupervised at times.
• Must be a flexible, self-starter with a positive attitude
• Must be able to sit, bend, twist, stoop, stand and walk for at least 3 hours at a stretch, over an 8 or 10-hour shift, with 15-minute breaks.
• Must be comfortable using handheld, non-powered tools like tape guns or scanners.
• Must be comfortable using dock plates, carts and ladders up to 18 feet tall.
• Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs.

Training Provided:

· Safety training – day one

· Use of automated case sealers and conveyers

· Safe staging, loading, and unloading techniques

· Leadership training

· Use of scanners may be required (as needed)

· PLM (optional)

· SAP (optional)
