As a Web Developer at ThrivePOP will play a key role in our web design and development for our clients. In this role, you deliver website projects that exceed client expectations in three key areas: user experience, design aesthetics, and performance. You will develop websites from concept to completion. You will serve the role of Website Designer/ Developer. To be effective in this role, you must enjoy a thorough analysis of your client’s business models and how their marketing goals can be best achieved through their website. You understand the interaction of digital marketing and website design and make recommendations that are strategically sound, purpose‐built for the client, and consistent with the award‐winning design quality our clients expect from us. This role is multifaceted in that you not only will act as the web developer, but you will also assist in troubleshooting service tickets, developing websites, and have your hand in online marketing implementation with a multitude of different tools such as Hubspot.

Responsibilities
 WordPress Development Experience a must!
 PHP Website Development a Plus
 Hubspot CMS a Plus
 Perform SEO requirements for the project including on‐page SEO and pre‐development SEO audits
 Recommend project sitemap and defend tradeoffs/recommendations
 Document personalization and smart content requirements as needed
 Ensure the project meets customer needs
 Make relevant strategic business recommendations as required
 Manage user acceptance testing and coordinate go‐live
 Define in/out of scope and work with customers on required change orders
 Hosting, DNS management a must

Requirements
 B.A. or B.S. in business, IS, or computer science
 Experience as a Web Designer or Web Developer
 2+ years in website development
 4+ years’ experience recommending, creating, launching marketing campaigns
 Above average people skills
 Advanced SEO skills with familiarity with SEMRush, Google Analytics, Google Web Console AHref and more
 Strong attention to detail
 Ability to build quotes and manage project plans
 Expertise with content management systems, WordPress, Laravel, Hubspot
 Experience working in the design field
 Track record of success in exceeding client goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
