Weekend Client Manager Work-from-Home Job at Get Organized!
Get Organized!, a professional organizing company offering residential and business organizing services, packing, unpacking, IT Organization, Interior Design and more to the DFW area, is hiring a part-time Client Manager for weekends and as a back-up during weekdays when others are out sick or on vacations.
Role and Responsibilities: The Client Manager will answer and respond to all calls and emails as they come in, schedule clients, and provide support for organizers in the field. They also manage rescheduling jobs, cancellations, invoicing, client issues, follow-up calls and emails and other duties that will support the company.
Skills: Candidate must have high level communication and people skills, speak excellent English, have intermediate level Outlook knowledge both with email and calendar, understand the basics of QuickBooks for invoicing and Office 365, and be excellent at selling our organizing services to book potential clients. Due to the nature of this job, it can be a very fast paced environment and requires a lot of multitasking and attention to details. Onsite training will be provided.
Hours: Job hours are from 10 am-6 pm Saturday’s and 1 pm-6pm on Sundays. The position does allow you to take a few planned weekends off throughout the year and switch with other Client Managers to cover your days.
Training:Training is paid and would take place in Richardson and Allen area for a few months before being able to work at home. Most of the training will be on weekdays since you would be training with other Client Managers on duty.
Required Technology:Candidate must have a working desktop or laptop computer that is not old and outdated, smart phone, and have high speed internet of no less than 100Mbps. Tablets will not be sufficient to handle this type of work.
Working Conditions: Candidate must create a home office and have an environment quiet from noise in order to conduct business. A headset will be provided to block out background noise.
Compensation: This is an hourly position that starts at $12 an hour for 90 days and then goes to $15 plus commission when you book interior design jobs. A portion of your internet may also be paid. The following holidays are off but unpaid: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. The position does not include paid vacation. Vacation time must be placed on the calendar in advance so time slots can be filled by other Client Managers.
