Nutrition & Weight Loss Coach - IDEAL PROTEIN WEIGHT LOSS METHOD

Ideal Health Care Centers of the Carolinas is a physician owned nutrition and weight loss company. Ideal Health Centers of the Carolinas is seeking a professional, energetic Nutrition & Weight Loss Coach to support dieters in the Raleigh, NC area. The position is a full time clinical opportunity.
The Ideal Protein Coach is responsible for ensuring the success of the clinic and client in achieving the highest level of service. This position requires the mastery of the Ideal Protein protocols and scientific principles. In addition Ideal Protein Coach also serves as an account manager, with primary responsibility for generating revenue through marketing and implementation of the Ideal Protein program.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Marketing and public awareness to generate new clients and client referrals.
• Serving as a coach and counselor to members during their programs through proactive, regular outreach (by phone and email), and one on one in office coaching and counseling sessions.
• Maintaining compliant records of client visits and inventory and sales of product.
• Tracking member results (photos, statistics), testimonials.
• Office management and administration duties.
• Achieving weekly and monthly growth and sales goals.

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Bachelors Degree
• Educational and/or professional background and interest in nutrition, health and behavioral management, dietetics, natural health care, integrative health, functional medicine or similar.
• Positive and promotional desire to help members achieve their weight loss and health goals.
• Patience and perspective in dealing with member concerns
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Administrative and office management business skills
• Ability to work full time including some evening and weekend hours

• Base plus commission

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
