This job requires the use of hand and power tools to install electrical and mechanical components onto semi-trailers. A great work ethic is a must and daily attendance M-F is required!
Shift: Mon-Fri 7:30am-5pm including some overtime on Saturdays.
Pay: $17/hr
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Using hand and power tools to install various electrical and mechanical parts
- Working at a fast pace to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Ability to work in a team environment is required.
- Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and use manual labor for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment is required.
- Ability to climb a ladder Good organizational and time management skills.
- The ability to push, pull, stand, bend, walk, and climb as job requires.
- Math skills with ability to read standard and metric measuring devices are recommended.
- Experience reading blue prints and mechanical drawings is preferred but not required.
