Express Employment has openings in the Black River Falls area with a company that has succeeded globally in the manufacturing of various mechanics and structural solutions across a number of markets! We are looking for qualified candidates who are searching for long-term and rewarding positions with great benefits upon hire.
Wage & Hours:
2nd Shift: Mon-Thurs, 3:30pm-12am, and Fri 1:30pm-9:30pm, $20.00/hour
Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Recognize, set up, and operate welding equipment
- Use hand and power tools to grind off burs
- Weld components in flat, vertical, and/or overhead positions
- Examine workpieces for defects and measure to ensure customer specs
- Clean and palletize workpieces for next stage
- Complete and maintain all required production paperwork and documentation
- Keep workspaces clean and free of debris and work hazards
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures
- Carry out other tasks as assigned
Job requirements include:
- HSD or GED is preferred
- Previous Welding experience and/certification is required
- Ability to sit, stand, squat, bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs throughout shift
- Possess a positive, team-player attitude, and be flexible and adaptable
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively and efficiently
