Sea Salt Therapy is a family-friendly wellness spa located in Campbell. We take pride in providing our guests with an environment where they can feel safe enough to release the stress of daily life in order to encourage self-healing and recovery.

Our guests suffer from chronic respiratory symptoms such as asthma, allergies, bronchitis, COPD, rhinitis, sinusitis, and post-covid symptoms. They also have skin conditions such as eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis, rosacea, and acne. Lastly, our clients may suffer from chronic neck, shoulder, hip, and leg pain, sciatica, and fibromyalgia.

It is crucial that the Wellness Coordinator/Guest Service Coordinator is someone who exudes patience, warmth, and empathy towards our guests. As a family-friendly spa, all of our guests should be treated as family - with love and kindness.

Exceptional time management skills, close attention to detail, and the ability to maintain cleanliness at the center are an absolute must for this position.

The Wellness Coordinator/Guest Service Coordinator is responsible for providing front desk services, administrative duties, and general spa center maintenance.

Wellness Coordinator/Guest Service Coordinator Role:

● Greeting guests upon arrival with enthusiasm and warmth

● Assisting guests with check-in procedures

● Checking in guests with scheduling software

● Conducting spa tours with new guests or guests of guests

● Escorting guests to assigned service rooms

● Processing guest payments

● Prepping service rooms before and after guest arrival

● Conflict resolution with guests

● Assist with social media tasks such as taking photos of clients and service rooms

● Inventory management/Stocking salt products

● Administrative tasks

Required Skills:

● High school diploma or GED

● 2 years of Customer Service experience is preferred

● Sales experience is a plus

● Exceptional interpersonal skills

● Excellent written and verbal communication

● Exceptional time management and organizational skills

● Patience and good listening skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • Weekend availability

  • Campbell, CA 95008: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
