Job Overview:

As a restaurant team member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and organization of the restaurant. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that all guests have a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter the restaurant and provide them with menus
• Take customer orders and prepare food according to menu specifications
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Ensure that all food items are properly prepared, cooked, and served
• Clean and maintain kitchen and dining areas, including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down tables and chairs, and washing dishes
• Restock supplies, such as utensils, napkins, and condiments
• Follow all food safety procedures and guidelines
• Communicate effectively with other team members and management
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred but not required
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be at least 16 years of age
