Wire Cutter - Landover MD Job at Affinitas Llc
Affinitas LLC is hiring immediately for a dependable Wire Cutter to join our team in Glen Burnie, MD! While working as a part of the Wire Crew, you will earn $18.00 - $25.00/ hour weekly depending on experience, weekdays from 10a-7pm Monday -Friday.
In this role you will work in a state-of-the-art manufactoring facility taking measurements and following instructions to assemble parts to client/ customer specifications, as well as complete other general labor duties within a manufactoring environment:
- Prepare wire and make cable cuts with a high degree of accuracy repeatedly
- Maintain the wire aisle in an orderly manner
- Must be reliable and able to follow verbal/ written instructions within deadlines
- Log and use wire shorts as required
- Be able to stand for entire shift and walk around the warehouse
- Confirm accuracy of orders
- You may be requested to work overtime, as needed
- Complete paperwork, documentation, and data input in accordance with established procedures
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Qualifications:
- High School Dimploma/ GED minimum
- Strong attention to detail
- Must have good mechanical dextarity/ eyesight be able to read, write, and use basic math
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Basic computer skills for shipping and receiving purposes
- Ability to work within a team and provide help where needed
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical functions of cutting wire
- Experience with warehouse operations a plus
