Job summary
Responsible for using components to produce wire harnesses and assemblies. Reads and interprets drawings and assembles materials per customer drawings. Performs quality tests, repairs harnesses as needed and completes proper documentation
Responsibilities/daily tasks
· Listen to direction from supervisor
- Interpret assembly instructions
- Determine if correct parts are present
- Read and interpret drawings
- Read parts list
- Positions parts and subassemblies
- Interpret measurements
- Verify specifications
- Assemble components
- Ensure all parts are assembled properly
- Report errors
- Complete quality control forms
- Ensure working environment is clean and safe
- Operate machinery
- Use hand tools
- Perform other tasks as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
