Job Description:
The object of this position is to produce a high-quality wood product in a safe and efficient manner. We have a variety of hourly production positions that we can explore to determine what department and position best fit your interests, skills, and experience.
Some Departments Include:

• Rough Mill
• Saw & Chop Saw
• Machining
• Face Frame
• Sanding
• Build
• Drawer
• Finish / Paint
• Quality
• Shipping
• Panel Processing

Some Job Duties may Include:

• Operating various woodworking machines and/or heavy machinery
• Assembling wood cabinets and doors
• Applying finishes / paints when necessary
• Sanding the wood
• Shipping the product to the consumer
• Ensuring quality in all products

Job Qualifications:

• Ability to be on your feet for 8+ hours per day
• Ability to use hands to handle the products continuously through the day
• Ability to proficiently read a tape measure
• Ability to regularly bend, stoop, kneel, and squat
• Attention to detail
• Frequently lift and carry up to 10 lbs, regularly up to 25 lbs, occasionally 50 to 100 lbs
• No prior work experience or education required, but is a plus
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
