Physical Requirements
Scheduler position will be in support of Centralized Scheduling within the parks and the Workforce Management area. The WFM Scheduler performs scheduling functions as well as generate volume forecasts, projects staffing levels, and determines optimal schedule patterns for park operating divisions.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for scheduling duties within the WFM scheduling system, which includes managing and maintaining long term schedules for various operating departments.
- Revise park schedules when required due to staffing changes, labor shortages, and other business interuptions.
- Compile and manage information such as open shift reports, staffing details, headcount templates, and/or associate data.
- Collaborate and work with park management to generate and modify schedules to ensure coverage and optimal service levels.
- Identify potential gaps in scheduled coverage and present recommendations to department management and recruiting.
- 0-2 years of experience required
- Bachelors degree or equivalent is preferred
- Strong profeciency in excel.
- 1+ years of experience in WFM and scheduling functions for a workforce management platform (UKG preferred).
- 1+ years of experience with scheduling compliance rules and regulations.
