What's the role?

This is a full-time position reporting to the Senior Manager, Workplace Services and the base salary range will be 63,000 - 82,000 USD per year. In addition to salary, you will also be eligible for an equity package, an annual performance bonus, and our competitive benefits that support you and your family as part of your total rewards package at Etsy. This role requires your presence in Etsy’s Brooklyn office in an in-person or flex capacity. Learn more about our Flex and Office-based work modes as well as vaccination policy here.

What’s this team like at Etsy?

• The Workplace team is comprised of 13 members across the Real Estate, Security and Services teams.

• The majority of the team sits in the Brooklyn HQ, with additional members in our CDMX and Dublin offices.

What does the day-to-day look like?

• Act as single point of contact across Workplace for vendor contracting and procurement

• Create processes and tools to enhance and organize our current procurement workflow

• Develop a plan to track and follow up on pending contracts, invoices, change orders and agreements

• Act as a liaison between Workplace and relevant departments (Procurement, AP, Legal)

• Support the Workplace team with expediting contracts and change orders, and escalating approvals

• Track contract and agreement extensions and proactively communicate with appropriate teams

• Initiate and process new requisitions, purchase orders and invoices

• Of course, this is just a sample of the kinds of work this role will require! You should assume that your role will encompass other tasks, too, and that your job duties and responsibilities may change from time to time at Etsy's discretion, or otherwise applicable with local law.

Qualifications

Qualities that will help you thrive in this role are:

• 2+ years of leading end to end contracting life cycle (contracts, POs, invoices, etc.)

• Proven track record to project manage and prioritize multiple projects

• You are an organized, efficient and inventive self-starter with strong problem solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, effective interpersonal skills and excellent time management abilities

• Proficient digital literacy. Experience with Google suite, Coupa and MAC is preferred

• Experience working with Capital Projects and change order management

• Strong prioritization, analytical, data and operational skills

• Proficient at working in cross functional systems and teams

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• A trust in and commitment to Etsy’s vision, mission and values.
