Korzen Health is looking to add a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to a program located in the East Chicago, IN area.
This is a 4-5 day/week position (40 hours/week) - flexible with hours/days.
This is a mobile position within the East Chicago, IN area. You will be traveling to skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) to provide wound care to patients.
Scope of Practice Includes:
- You will average around 18-20 patients a day.
- Monday- Friday 8am-5pm - 40 hours a week. No Nights, No Call, No weekends. Flexible.
- Compensation Model is salary with RVU after 1 year.
- You will work with Adult and Geriatric patients.

Wound Care Nurse Practitioner and Experience Requirements
- IN/IL State License
- DEA License
- SNF or Wound Care Exp a Plus
