Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative Writer to join our team to originate and prepare written material, such as scripts, stories, advertisements, and other material, specifically tailored to Health and Human Services/ Administration for Community Living. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to effectively promote and communicate the services offered by our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and write original content including scripts, stories, advertisements, and other materials that are targeted to Health and Human Services/ Administration for Community Living.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy of the content produced.
- Conduct research on industry-related topics and stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the field.
- Write and edit content for a variety of platforms, including print and digital media.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and other creative professionals to develop visual content that accompanies written materials.
- Develop and implement communication strategies that effectively promote and communicate the services offered by our organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/ Master/ Ph.D. degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Writer, preferably in the field of Health and Human Services/ Administration for Community Living.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience working in a team environment with subject matter experts and creative professionals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong research skills and the ability to analyze complex information.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to write for a variety of audiences.
- Experience with digital media platforms and content management systems is a plus.
