As a Yoga Instructor your job role will be:
- Conducting and leading weekly yoga classes; specifically focused on climbers
- Leading a weekly class for staff focused on injury prevention
- Classes must me friendly for all levels
- Student safety is the priority of any form of instruction at The Cliffs
- Instructor is responsible for visually assessing students and determining their level of practice, assisting students to achieve the precise alignment; demonstrating practice and techniques
- Instructor should have techniques for giving students the ability to invite instructor into their space
- Instructor should engage in helping relaunch the new yoga program and help in writing yoga class descriptions
- All team members must maintain a healthy relationship with all other staff members of the organization
- The Cliffs will provide all class materials and help prep practice space
- Class rate $50/per class
- Hourly rate $15/hr [for meetings/admin time or any non-class clock in]
- Yoga Instructor must provide their own current insurance.
- As per negotiations, this offer letter includes a "free family member" membership for the employee to gift a partner. This membership expires upon the employee leaving the Cliffs.
