DASH Sports is hiring a full time Sports Coaching Director in the North Metro area (north of I-94) This is a full time position, year round. Requirements: College degree in Sports management, teaching, coaching, kinesiology, exercise science, or related field. Also required: at least 3 years multiple sports playing experience (high school or college), minimum 2 years youth sports coaching experience (Ages 5 to 14). Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (this job requires driving to our sports camps sites up to 125 miles a week). CPR/First aid required within 30 days of employment. Must pass background check as condition of employment. Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds .

Hours: September-May: Mon-Fri: 1pm-7pm Sat: 8:30am-3pm, June-August: 8:00am-7pm Monday-Thursday

Duties: Actively coaching youth sports camps in the Twin Cities metro area. Supervising camps, and equipment delivery. Curriculum enforcement and quality control. Staff training and overall responsibility for quality of camps.

Start Date: Range: Must be able to start by June 5th, 2023.

Benefits: Retirement and other benefits available after 6 months of employment. 4 weeks of paid vacation annually (at non-peak camp dates).

We are looking for a person who loves working with kids and has a passion for teaching youth sports. High energy, reliability, great communication skills, and attention to detail are a must. Our camps are located in all suburbs of the Twin Cities metro area, so this job is on location, up to 125 miles a week of driving to and from camp locations may be required.
