Adecco Medical & Science is pleased to be working with our client in Charlotte, NC to hire on-site Oral Surgery Assistants for their facility. Please apply below with an up-to-date resume.

Type: 3 month contract, opportunity for extension or fulltime offer

Schedule: Monday through Friday, FT hours between 7am - 6pm

Pay Range: $20-23/hour based on experience

Responsibilities Include:

• Prep for all procedures
• Assist during surgical procedures
• Maintain sterile field during procedures
• Performs other procedures as directed (capture radiographs, take/pour dental impressions, capture intraoral digital scans, remove surgical splints, fit splints, remove sutures, place dry socket packs, etc.)
• Review post-op instructions with patient/provide patient escort
• Collects and enters comprehensive and precise information into the EMR
• Other duties as directed

Requirements Include:

• HS Diploma/GED
• Completion of limited Dental Assisting program, OR 1-2 years experience in general dentistry/oral surgery practice
• Current BLS
• Infection Control training
• Sterile processing certification/experience
  • Dental Radiography certification
  • Successful completion of approved nitrous oxide course
  • IV/Phlebotomy certifcation
  • Anesthesia-related continuing education

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
