Schedule:
- 1st Shift - Monday through Friday, 6:00AM- 2:00PM- $16.38/hr.
- 2nd Shift- Monday through Friday, 2:00PM- 10:0PM- $16.88/hr.
- 3rd Shift- Sunday through Thursday, 10:00PM-6:00AM - $17.13/hr.
- Overtime may be required as needed!
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pressurizing and submerging tanks in water to identify leaks and other quality concerns.
- Identifying and reporting any scrapped product to supervisor.
- Performing minor repairs on tanks.
- Inserting orange caps in fills and vents.
- Rerouting tanks through assembly line for repairs.
- Following basic instructions.
- Keeping assigned work area clean.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Understanding the correct operation of a roto-molding machine.
- Add inserts and other molded in components to a mold.
- Use measuring equipment to obtain proper powder weights.
- Charging mold with the correct weight and type of powder.
- Changing molds to accommodate production schedule.
- Inspecting parts for conformance to specification.
- Maintain an accurate count on the quantity of good parts and scrap parts.
Requirements:
- Must wear eye protection.
- Must wear safety shoes.
- Must wear ear plugs.
- HS Diploma/GED
Essential Physical Demands:
- Continuous lifting and handling of tanks weighing up to 150 pounds, with assistance.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to lift and pour 35 pounds of powder overhead continuously.
- Continuous standing, reaching, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling.
- Intermittent walking and crouching/stooping.
- Ability to continuously use a pry bar to exert excessive force at or above chest level.
- Ability to work in a continuously hot environment.
