Full Job Description:

Daycare Teacher Pay Start $12/ hr

Pay: Experience and classroom can increase the pay, and opportunities for pay raises throughout the year. The pay rate is dependent on experience and other factors (childcare needs, full-time, part-time, shift availability.)

Schedule: Consistent schedule, never work a Saturday or Sunday. Multiple shifts available to choose from. Our center is open 5am-7pm Never work later than 7pm and NO major Holidays! Childcare Discount: Childcare discount given for full time employees depending on the age of your child. Rates negotiated during the hiring process.

Free Meals: Breakfast, lunch and snacks are provided, and teachers are encouraged to eat with the children to help teach manners, etiquette and foster healthy conversations about the food groups and nutrition. As well as FREE snacks and drinks available in the break room during your shift.

Support: Consistent management support onsite every day and trainings provided as well as opportunities to further your education through grants and scholarships. Mentors and coaching available to support your goals.

Curriculum: All teachers create their own curriculum with the ongoing support of management, the only limitation is your imagination. Choose activities, lessons and games and take advantage of our fully stocked supplies to bring your ideas to life.

Fun: We want all our staff to be healthy and happy during their time with us, so we provide monthly activities (cooking classes, art night, yoga instructors visits, etc.) Our staff breakroom is fully stocked snacks and drinks and supplies to make your own specialty drinks.

Requirements: Must be able to pass a federal background check, high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

CPR and first aid certified preferred but willing to train

1 year + of childcare experience preferred

Clean driving record may be required depending on position
