  • Late Notice Processing
  • 2nd Part of Owner Transfer
  • Coupons
  • Tie sale application to account - Email and other info
  • Welcome Letter Processing (email or mail)
  • CPM Resales
  • Answer Emails
  • Calls about estoppel status
  • CPM Resales function
  • Simple Add/ Waives - one late fee and admin fee only
  • Owner update information

Skills:

  • Great customer service skills – Verbal and written

  • Multitasker
  • Positive attitude
  • Bilingual – (Spanish) is a plus
  • Excellent under pressure
  • Fast
  • High work ethics
  • Knowledge of community HOA industry a plus
