Abstractor Job at Costner Law Office Pllc
Title Abstractor, Charlotte, NC
Duties will include (but not be limited to):
- Complete NC/SC Residential and Commercial Title Searches
- Navigate county web sites to obtain tax information, deeds, plats, etc.
- Review & mark up of grantor/grantee indexes
- Review & mark up of VCAP/SC Judicial indexes
- Pull reports from Liens NC
- Tract plotting metes & bounds legal descriptions
- Other duties assigned by supervisor
Desired Traits:
- 2+ years title abstracting experience
- Detail Oriented
- Critical thinking/Problem Solving Skills
- Ability to work together or independently
- Ability to prioritize and Multi-task
- Accurate but efficient.
- Salary is commensurate with experience
