Position Overview
How you will impact the organization
The Account Based Marketing Strategist is responsible for evaluating Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies in order to optimize engagement within specific customer accounts. This individual performs ongoing research on target accounts to discover new opportunities and partners with sales and account management teams to ensure that existing accounts are being optimized to their fullest potential. This position is responsible for the daily ABM activities and success of each campaign.

- Provide detailed analysis of all ABM campaigns
- Manage day to day ABM campaign
- Provide daily execution metrics outline actual to forecast
- Identify targets in the account base to nurture and grow for the purposes of outbound ABM campaigns
- Perform continuous research to find “Best” possible account targets within our existing database
- Measure targeted campaigns from continued research for Partner, Mid-Market and Up-Market leads
- Leverage tools such as D&B sales optimizer, Discover.org, Clearbit, Definitive Health to find targeted accounts
- Assist in creating outbound calling strategy (Number of passes, connect rates, lead to opportunity to close)
- Generate data reports and points to help with the sales organization strategize and execute ABM campaigns to achieve sales goals
- Interface with sales to determine sales enablement and provide the exceptional metrics to determine ongoing program direction
- Iterate and optimize campaigns based on data and analysis of ABM campaigns and tactics
- Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and pacing toward goal to stakeholders
- Other responsibilities as assigned by your leaders
What you will bring to the table
- 4+ years of experience and proven track record in ABM marketing
- 4+ years of experience leading multiple projects simultaneously, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- 2 + years experience with multi-touch attribution reporting
- 2+ years experience using sales enhancement tools such as DB and Discover.org
- Advanced user of ABM ads software
- Advanced user of marketing automation software
- Advanced user of CRM software
- Highly organized and efficient with the ability to develop and execute against an evolving plan
- Able to clearly communicate new ideas, products, and campaigns to both internal and external stakeholders
- Team player that is able to work both collaboratively and autonomously
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
You will stand out if you also have
- Experience with Sales and Marketing in the healthcare sector, highly preferred
- Salesforce and/or Pardot experience is beneficial
Additional details
- Location requirements: This primarily remote position is open to residents of Arizona, Nevada or Southern California.
- Travel requirements: Domestic air travel up to 10%
- Physical requirements: Must be able to sit for long periods, as well as, handle long periods of screen time.
- Technology requirements: Reliable, high speed internet
- Work authorization: This role is not eligible for sponsorship
The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $90,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include [annual performance bonus, ESPP, enhanced time off packages and benefits.] For additional information, visit: https://careers.consensus.com.
