Texas Custom Stoneworks is a premium manufacturer of highest quality stone materials for residential and commercial building and landscaping. In addition to custom manufacturing they also service wholesale and retail customers through two TCS Stone Supply locations with highest quality ready to use stone products.

The Sales & Service Representative located at the TCS Stone Supply location is responsible for assisting customers with product selection, providing quotes, scheduling deliveries, and providing excellent sales assistance and customer service to existing and new customers.

The successful candidate will serve as a knowledgeable resource to customers, be able to close a sale and increase sales from existing and new customers. She/He will provide timely and accurate quotes for customers and communicate with team members and all stakeholders including manager and buyers regarding customer questions, concerns and needs. They will answer customer phone calls to take orders and provide product/service information.

Prior experience in the construction, remodeling or landscape architecture industries a plus in helping both wholesale and retail customers envision projects and select products. The successful candidate will be showing, handling, moving and loading stone products in a full service role to their customers.

The earning potential in this growing business is yours to define! The compensation will include an hourly base plus commission on sales allowing you to grow with unlimited potential. This role will require working 2 Saturdays per month with a day off given during the week.

Key Capabilities

Knowledge of landscape supply and/or stone products

Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience

Strong organizational and account management skills

Ability to lift, pull/push up to 70 lbs

Ability to bend, stand and walk for the length of your shift

Ability to work outside in all types of weather

Ability to operate a forklift and bobcat a plus, but will train the right candidate

Experience with POS systems a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
