ECS California, a division of USAG INC., a leading nationwide provider of Merchant Payment Solutions, is looking for experienced bilingual sales representatives focused on building relationships with the local business community. Our successful team members are ambitious, driven professionals who enjoy being part of a growing company.

Responsibilities:

• Attend daily meetings
• Professionally network and prospect with the local business community
• Research and evaluate current customers need’s and suggest efficient solutions
• Learning and using all company paperwork and databases to perform the duties of your job effectively.
• Understand the full landscape of the Merchant Payment Solutions Industry.
• Demonstrates excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Bilingual – must speak English & Spanish
• Highly motivated-self-directed and goal-oriented
• Competitive nature
• Drive and determination to succeed and a willingness to learn.
• Enthusiastic, confident, and professional phone etiquette
• High attention to detail
• Effective time management skills
• Team member orientated

Qualifications:

• 1 year of direct B2B sales experience
• Transportation both to the office and visiting clients in the field.
• Demonstrates excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Bilingual – must speak English and Spanish
• Highly motivated-self-directed and goal-oriented

• Drive and determination to succeed and a willingness to learn.

Salary: $25.00 hour plus commission and monthly recurring revenue bonus.
