The account manager will be responsible for recruiting talent and manage clients within the Yuba-Sutter area. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working goal driven professional eager to grow.

The Account Manager job duties will include:

• Sourcing and recruiting candidates for open positions in light industrial division.
• Interviewing applicants for current and upcoming openings
• Matching talent with potential employers in the Yuba-Sutter area
• Maintaining relationships with existing associates and clients
• Managing clients assigned in the Yuba-Sutter area
• Selling our services and available candidates to prospect clients
• Create job postings and marketing material to attract prospective candidates
• Other administrative duties as needed
