We are seeking a Sales Account Manager eager to be successful.

- Excellent base pay depends on experience and this role also offers commission.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Sales Account Manager will initiate the sales conversation, and through a variety of communication strategies, will identify if a company is a viable sales prospect according to preset variables by their sales leader. The Manager will then use their communication skills to locate the best point of contact for a sales meeting.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Desire to be coached, trained, and mentored toward a successful sales career.
- Ability to respond to changes in the process at any moment.
- A super competitive attitude. Played a sport in College, and miss it? This is your new sport!
- A smartphone and you know everything about it (apps/texting/upgrades/social media etc.).
- Familiarity with Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social tools for communicating.
- Superb follow-up skills, and the ability to maintain complete notes in the HubSpot CRM system.
- Strong PC experience (no Macs here).
- Engage in intensive phone activity. You will create your own luck.
- Solid organization and communication (writing and speaking) skills.
- Outgoing, desire to work hard and have fun in a start-up environment.
