Primary Talent Partners has a contract opportunity with a large Oil & Gas client in Houston, TX
Job Title: Commercial Inventory Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate reconciliation of refined product volumes between company and third parties
- Interactions with Commercial trading, scheduling, and other departments
- Good communicator that understands the high value of communication up, down and laterally
- Works on varied and complex processes and problems associate with commercial product business
- Heavy Excel usage (pivot tables, VLOOKUP etc.)
Requirements:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 10+ years of relevant industry accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Sound understanding of accounting principles and the ability to apply
- knowledge in identifying and resolving issues with external business partners and internal accounting groups
- Well organized and detail oriented, good time management skills
- Strong analytical skills and an excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The capacity to pursue issues and resolve them independently, build relationships with internal and external business partners and collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Ability to multitask but also prioritize and focus on what is most critical at that time
- SAP S4 and Blackline knowledge a plus

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Accounting: 10 years (Required)
- Inventory Reconciliation: 3 years (Required)
