About This Opportunity
- Set up accruals, monthly payments and budgets to Landlords for over 500 stores
- Perform journal entries through Oracle on a daily and monthly basis to proper accounts
- Daily audit and review of information submitted by Landlords for accuracy, completeness and compliance with leasing agreement
- Determine Franchisees liability for expenses based on the stores Pro Rata Share according to size of location and specification of leases
- Reconcile and split store expenses between Franchisee and Corporate on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Analyze and Research of information to provide responses to Service Now cases
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience
- Critical thinker and very well organized
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Oracle experience a plus
