We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team and provide administrative support to the accounting department. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.

Managing accounts payable using accounting software -FMS General Ledger experience a plus
Handling Accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
Problem resolutions of account related issues
Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
Processing due invoices for payment
Researching and resolving payables issues with vendors
Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance and recording entries
Filing
Qualifications:
3+ years AP experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Detail oriented skills with strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and with a team
Strong written and oral communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
