In spring of 1996, Bill & Carol Foley purchased 1,000 acres of lush and fertile earth within the then relatively unknown Sta. Rita Hills region of Santa Barbara County. Their plan – produce hand-crafted Chardonnay and Pinot Noir that reflected the best of California’s Central Coast. Named for their two daughters – Lindsey & Courtney – Lincourt Vineyards was born, and with it, the beginning of Foley Family Wines.

In the 25 years since, Foley Family Wines has grown into one of the world’s largest producers of fine wine, adding some of the industry’s most valuable wineries, located in the most recognized winemaking regions, including Napa, Sonoma, the Pacific Northwest, and New Zealand. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payment for multiple assigned companies.
• Respond to all vendors and employee inquiries regarding processing invoices, payment status and check request, for multiple companies.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and accrue sales tax when required.
• Maintain vendor information to ensure up to date, and W-9 is current and on file.
• Route incoming invoices to the appropriate departments to secure proper coding and approval.
• Accurately process invoice entry to Business Central. Scans, organizes and prepares invoicing for payment through a weekly check run. Matches checks to backup and reviews information for accuracy.
• Assists with monthly closings, by assuring all vouchers are entered by the cut-off.
• Provides accurate and timely statement research and discrepancy resolution.
• Develop, implement and educate employees and management on new and/or updated policies and procedures

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment with competing priorities.

• Must be well-organized and detail oriented.
• Should have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience and Qualifications:

• 2 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience in a high-volume accounts payable setting. Experience with multiple locations a plus.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Business Central Software a plus.
• 10-key by touch and typing skills are required.
• Ability to work independently and to interact positively with all levels of the company.

Pay Scale: The base pay range offered for this position is $29.00 - $29.50 per hour. This range is what we reasonably expect to pay for this role. The actual compensation offered will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, qualifications, skills, experience, education, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
