Job Summary
Old Town Trolley Tours of Boston (the orange-and-green sightseeing vehicles) is the city's largest and most trusted sightseeing tour company, entertaining visitors since 1984.

We are looking for a detail oriented, self-starter, that can work with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring both the accuracy, and integrity, of financial data for use in maintaining accounting records. This role works closely with the local GM and Corporate Finance Department in reconciling sales data, processing and tracking invoices and payments, as well as general office accounting.

We need someone organized, with the initiative and proactive outlook to consistently manage their own workload, and the ideal candidate will be someone that demonstrates excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge of Accounting principles, practices and analysis of financial data.
• Shall be able to read, write and speak fluent English in order to communicate with fellow team members, vendors, suppliers, and the general public.
• Shall be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• 1-3 years of general accounting experience preferred.

Successful candidate must pass a drug test and a background search.
