Who we’re looking for:
We are looking for an incredible individual to fulfill the role of our Accounts Receivable position. This ideal candidate is a critical role within the organization and can quickly learn the current processes. An applicant with 2 to 3 years of experience with General AR/AP is preferred. A self-starter who can reliably accomplish task daily is important. A candidate with excellent time management and an attention to detail would thrive in this position.

Essential Responsibilities but not limited to:
· Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and all payments are accounted for.
· Coding expenses to the correct accounts.
· Processing and depositing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
· Researching various business accounts, invoices, vendors, and bank accounts.
· Perform data entry associated with accounts receivables.
· Maintain accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures.
· Post office and/or bank runs.
Requirements/Qualifications
· Highly organized with an attention to detail
· Positive attitude with good interpersonal skills
· Intermediate computer skills
· Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Suite
· Excellent written and verbal skills
· Authorized to work in the U.S.
· Pass observed pre-employment drug screen and background check
Compensation
· $17-20 an hour, full-time position 8:30 to 5:00 Monday to Friday.
· $50 monthly cell phone reimbursement
· Sick and Vacation paid time off
· Kitchen stocked weekly with snacks
· 24/7 access to private onsite gym with shower and steam room
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
