Acloche is looking for a professional candidate to assist in Accounts Receivable and data entry duties
- Hours - 1st shift hours typically (8am to 5pm)
- Pay - $18 an hour and up based on experience
Job Duty: Assist in team support for Accounting and providing research skills for invoice processing
Responsibilities
- Act as Accounting’s point of contact for issues surrounding cash variances and provide clear and concise feedback regarding cash application issues
- Post all incoming payments for ACH, wire transfer, credit card payments, and lockbox payments into the system accurately and timely
- Follow internal controls to ensure proper posting and adherence to write-off protocols
- Reconcile cash balances to bank statements
- Research and resolve unapplied/unidentified cash receipts
- Reconcile overages and shortages for all incoming payments
- Prepare, verify, and process customer invoices as needed
- Enter invoice details into customer-specific web portals
- Assist in fulfilling customer aging and statement requests
- Pull remittance details from customer-specific web portals
- Actively engage in problems/conflict resolution and assist in the improvement of accounting processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Team player focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
