Position: Accounts Receivable / Billing

Report To: Accounting Manager

Requirements:

Generally strong office skills. Operate personal computer to access e-mail, electronic calendars, and other basic office support software. Self-starter with the ability to work independently, comfortable with multi-tasking, open to learn, highly motivated, growth oriented. Comprehension and communication (both written and verbal) skills are a MUST, as well as interpersonal and organizational skills. Attention to detail. Ability to positively contribute to team effort.

*Two-year associate degree in accounting and/or five years accounting experience.*

Responsibilities:

• Accounts receivable
• Billing
• Collections
• Portals
• AIA documents
• Progress billing
• Bank reconciliation
• Closing end of month procedures
• QuickBooks proficiency
• Excel spreadsheets
• Applications of cash (credit card processing, check runs, etc.)
• Basic bookkeeping
• Journal entries
• Filing
• General office tasks

PTO
Dillard offers full-time employees a pre-designated amount of Paid Time Off per year depending on employee's length of employment. Employee accrues PTO weekly at the rate of 80 hours the first and following years. At Employee's fifth anniversary, accrual will increase to 120 hours per year. At employee's tenth anniversary, accrual will increase to 160 hours per year. Accrued PTO is not available for employee use until after 90 days of employment.

HOLIDAYS
Dillard recognizes eight paid holidays per year: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas, and a Flex Day.

INSURANCE
Dillard offers group medical and long-term disability insurance to each employee after 30 days employment. Dillard pays 75% of Employees premium, 55% of the Dependent portion and 65% of Family portion. The plan is thru Blue Cross Blue Shield and is considered a "Gold Medal Plan.” (Note: Dillard employees may also take advantage of a group dental program, a vision plan, and/or other supplemental insurances - these premiums paid by employee).

401 (k) RETIREMENT PLAN
After 90 days all Full-Time employees, who are at least 21 are eligible to enroll in Dillard’s 401(k)plan. Employees may contribute the federal maximum amount per year into the plan. Dillard currently matches employee contribution up to 4% of employee's salary (Safe Harbor). The company also offers a profit-sharing contribution where contributions will be made into an account directly for the employee's benefit, declaration is at management's discretion.

CHARITABLE GIVING and MEMBERSHIP MATCHING
Dillard will match 50% for any qualified non-profit charity organization and/or membership club. (Dixon, Zoo, Botanic Garden, Health club, etc.)
