About the Role:

In this role, you will receive, analyze, research, and develop written responses to customer feedback, comments, and complaints, for the Bank. A successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, who demonstrates strong problem resolution skills and a sense of urgency to resolve issues to meet the needs of the customer and enterprise. You'll understand that collaborative thinking, and good listening skills are the primary tool for success in this role. The Compliance Analyst fulfills the objectives and goals of the business unit(s).

• Partner with enterprise business units to develop solutions and written communications in response to customer feedback and/or complaints.
• Ensure responses meet defined regulatory timelines, as appropriate.
• Provide accurate and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Perform functions within established guidelines, procedures, and policies.
• Utilize resources available to resolve problems or recommend solutions.
• Provide feedback to management regarding recommended changes to policies and procedures.
• Work effectively with a team to achieve department objectives.
• Demonstrate knowledge of all assigned job functions.
• Work on assignments that are moderately complex in nature where judgment is required in resolving problems and making routine recommendations. Normally receives no instruction on routine work, general instructions on new assignments.
• Demonstrate compliance with all bank regulations that apply to your position and keep up to date on regulation changes.
• Maintain working knowledge of our policies and procedures regarding the Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security, and other regulations that apply to your position.
• May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.

About You:

• H.S. Diploma/GED, required.
• 3 years of customer service experience, required.
• 2 years of banking experience, required.
• 1 year of bank operations experience, preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Ability to understand and follow directions.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel software applications.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, use tact and diplomacy; maintains professional dress and demeanor.
• Requires basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Basic effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate
• Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the bank.

We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $21.90 - $33.82, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
