As an Operations Advisor, you will support vehicle passengers and cars with any issues, as well as monitor vehicles via software. A keen eye and strong attention to details is necessary for success.
Operations Advisor responsibilities include:
- Support vehicle passengers with any issues
- Troubleshoot technical issues faced by self-driving vehicles and human passengers
- Aid company fleet of self-driving vehicles in navigating their surroundings
- Write up details of scenarios requiring additional support by the engineering team
- Support product testing for various engineering groups
- Recognize patterns and properly categorize support issues
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfort and experience with computers, including Google Suite and Confluence
- Ability to work under pressure when necessary
- Ability to work on a computer screen in a dimly lit control center for shift
Note: There may be flashing lights on screen
