Administative Assistant Job at PAL GENERAL ENGINEERING
Job Details:
· Report directly to the Office Manager
· Assist with the Weekly Payroll, collecting timecards and checking for accuracy, and assist with other departments as needed
- Perform clerical duties
- Answer phones, respond to emails, forwarding messages
- Communicate with vendors and team members
- Organizes work by reading and routing correspondence; collecting information; and initiating telecommunications
- Supports company operations by maintaining office systems
- Provide report preparation
- Organize office activities, Maintain and update tasks lists, and send out reminders.
- Provides historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems (digital and hard copy)
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, and assist with outgoing mail/payment of bills
- Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers
- Maintains office and inspection related supplies inventory; and verifying receipt of supplies.
- Maintains office schedule by picking up and delivering items as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Must have at least 1 years of administrative assistant
- Excellent organizational, verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Google-Drive
· Must be a team player, we all help each other when and if needed to complete tasks that may have a deadline to meet.
Schedule:
· Full-time 8am – 5pm
· Monday to Friday
