We are seeking a candidate that can provide administrative and secretarial support for a professional Residential Property Management team. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload; a calm demeanor is required to maintain priorities in possible emergent situations. A high value is placed on this position, as the assistance this employee provides is vital to the success of overall office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Data Entry
- Filing
- Record keeping and tracking
- Develop and maintain various spreadsheets
- Accounts payable input/review
- Mass mailings
- Resident Notifications
- Draft correspondences
- Provide support for Front Desk
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.65 - $15.00 per hour
