Award winning airport is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide front office assistance and administrative support for our management staff and deliver excellent customer service.
A successful candidate must communicate pleasantly, professionally, and effectively; work well with others, remain calm under pressure, organize and prioritize tasks, type and take accurate notes. Possess a full range of skills including customer service, filing, working with numbers, general office functions, spreadsheets and computers. Also have a good sense of humor is a plus.
DESCRIPTION & QUALIFICATIONS:
The position is a full-time Administrative position for a dependable person to perform a variety of clerical duties including answering phones, greeting visitors, typing, purchasing office supplies, prepare mail, coordinate Board packets, attend meetings, run errands, coffee service, inventory tracking, prepare letters and cash deposits, facilitate events, schedule appointments, and other general office related responsibilities. High School diploma or equivalent and valid Colorado Driver’s license. Previous experience with clerical, secretarial, and bookkeeping duties. Public employer experience is a plus.
Salary range of $21.00 - $24.00/hr., plus excellent benefits after 60 days including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, PTO, 401(k) match. Typical work schedule is 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
