Services include heating and cooling design, installation and replacement, furnace & AC repair, maintenance programs and tune-ups, indoor air quality management, and commercial plumbing. We are Central Iowa’s trusted name for existing and new-construction residential and commercial HVAC design, installation, service, maintenance, and repair.


We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.


Pay Range: $18.00 - 20.00 Per Hour


Responsibilities

Ability to set and manage timeline goals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computer skills including Excel and Word. Ability to learn new software as needed to perform work. (Service Titan and Intacct


Desired Qualifications

  • 2+ Years of administrative experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • telephone answering skills
  • highly organized and proficient in Microsoft Office


Work Hours:

8:00 am to 5:00 pm - Monday through Friday.


Primary Job Function:

Assist with daily office tasks and provide inside support to the Controller and HR Manager


Daily Duties

  • Assist with Time tracking for office and field personnel for payroll
  • Filing (job folders and invoices)
  • Track and maintain tool allowance for field personnel
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Assist HR Manager with new hires (maintain employee packets)
  • Assist with AP and AR when needed
  • Maintain and keep up to date with PTO time tracking
  • Misc office duties as needed: GL Entries, AR Reporting
  • Work with Training Director on all aspects of the Apprenticeship Schooling.
  • Assist in Coordinating and tracking Employee Uniforms
  • Track and maintain certificates of insurance
  • Send referral thank you cards
  • All other duties as assigned.
