Bristol Bay Construction Holdings (BBCH) is growing! We are seeking a positive and hard working Administrative Assistant to join Aerostar SES, LLC, a subsidiary of BBCH. Aerostar SES LLC is looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. The candidate should be able to assist project managers by handling office tasks (such as word processing, generating reports and presentations, setting up meetings and creating meeting minutes, document production) and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace. Responsibilities
Job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse. The work described herein is primarily a modern office setting.
Physical Requirements:
Essential and marginal functions may require maintaining physical condition necessary for bending, stooping, sitting, walking or standing for prolonged periods of time; most of time is spent sitting in a comfortable position with frequent opportunity to move about. Near visual acuity to review documentation, ability to hear and understand speech at normal room levels. Must maintain a constant state of mental alertness at all times. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Compensation
$20 - $30 hourly

Responsibilities
- Preparing communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence, and editing documents from letters to reports.
- Other administrative duties will include filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Develops administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
- This is a full time position based in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Some occasional travel may be required to attend meetings, etc. Travel will be less than 5%.
- Prior administrative experience; 5 years minimum.
- Strong knowledge of word processing and general office procedure Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software.
- Verbal and written communication skills Accuracy and attention to details Preferred: Experience with financials and billings is a plus.
- HS diploma Associates degree preferred
- As a condition of employment, you may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable references and background check results.
