Overview:
The WFM Administrative Assistant supports and performs scheduling functions for park operational departments.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with administrative and scheduling duties within the workforce management scheduling system.
- These duties may include managing assisting with schedule writing within various operating departments and assisting with associate questions regarding schedules and system usage.
- Compile and manage WFM information such as open shift reports, staffing details, coverage need templates, and/or associate data.
- Revise park schedules when required due to changes in business needs or associate support.
- Input and maintain associate schedules by day, week and long-term for various assigned departments and locations throughout the park.
- Revise associate schedules when required, due to staffing changes, business changes or other interruptions.
- Assist the park associates with UKG/Dimensions related questions, including use of the mobile app and timeclock punching.
- Assist with coverage of the associate call-off phone line and intra-day break compliance reporting.
- Deliver a high level of guest service for both internal and external guests in person and over the phone.
- Ensure office area is neat and organized at all times.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Excel formulas and formatting.
- Must be available some weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays into early November.
