We are currently hiring for the following position(s): Administrative Assistant, - experienced in customer service/good with Excel, Computer skilled, working in the sales department/marketing for a leading manufacturer in promotional products in Irwindale, CA.
Position: Customer Service / Administrative Assistant
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 6am-2:30pm, 7am-4pm, or 8am-5pm.

JOB SUMMARY We are looking for an Administrative Assistant, Account Rep- with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service/sales. Preferably in the promotional products industry, but not mandatory. The account manager is responsible for managing accounts in his or her territory and must be able to multi-task. Their primary duty is to bring in sales by building a close relationship with their account(s) and providing excellent customer service. The appropriate person must sense of urgency and take the initiative to ensure all territory orders are being processed and shipped in a timely manner without issues and/or delays. In addition, he/she will work closely with our marketing team to drive sales. The account manager will also be required to travel year-round and attend tradeshows and one-on-one presentations. Lastly, the account manager’s daily responsibility can change without notice; this includes assisting customer service, assisting with another colleague’s workload, merchandising, and any other tasks as assigned. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Phone Calls and Emails
- The account manager takes all incoming calls from their assigned territory, along with answering emails throughout the day.
- Must be able to perform problem/resolution.
Quotes/Projects
- Process all Quotes & follow up using our CRM system!
- Submit quotes or projects within 4 hours.
Territory Order Report
- Check their report every morning and ensure their orders are being processed without delays.
- Assist with order follow-ups when needed.
- Handle order issues that arise.
Events & Travel
- Must be able to travel year-round for tradeshows and/or distributor events.
- Required to assist with the merchandising and tearing down of tradeshow booths.
- Responsible for his/her own tabletop display and merchandise as needed for show/events.
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs. for tradeshow purposes.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
