Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Beginner to intermediate knowledge of Office Suite 365
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
- Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint ERP a plus (not required)
Job Essentials
- Identify duplicate client, vendor, or contact data in Vantagepoint System
- Assist with the Document Archiving moving files from Teams to our Document Management System PIM.
- Work directly with the supervision of the Sr. Software System Analyst.
- Input data and make data correction within software system accurately an efficiently.

Position Summary
Currently this position will assist with the tasks listed in job essentials. The administrative assistant will report to the Sr. System Analyst, working through the Deltek Vantage Point and Deltek PIM systems. The administrative assistant will need to be detail oriented and capable of working long periods of time on their own. Removing duplicated data and organizing files within Vantage Point.
