Job Details:

-Looking to hire within the next 4 weeks
-Part-time employment to start, with room to grow to full-time
-$17-$22/hour, depending on experience, skills, and professionalism

Primary Job Responsibilities:

--Provide Administrative Assistant services to our interior designer clients, including:

--Scheduling

--Invoicing

--Remote project management

--Trade communications

--Client communication

--Frequent meetings to ensure that all projects are on track

--Taking detailed notes of all meetings and communications so that nothing is lost

--Diligently following up on action items needed to keep our company moving forward

--Ensure client retention by providing excellent customer service

--Build a trusting, friendly relationship with our clients and our team

Desired Skill Set:

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to manage your work schedule, priorities, and deadlines
-Experience in the interior design industry; degree is desirable but not required
-Proficiency with Studio Designer, Zoom, Google Drive and Google applications, Quickbooks, and more as we continue to develop
-Knowledge of interior design vendors, project workflow, and industry best practices
-MUST be confident with technology

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
